How to prepare the best Tortillita
- Heat the oil (which completely covers the tortilla) to a temperature of 160 -180 °
- Dip the tortillita in the frying, separated from each other and in a quantity that does not saturate the fryer (so they do not stick) and do not lower the oil temperature too much.
- Once the pancakes are fried, arrange them on nabs or bent kitchen paper, in order to drain the excess oil.

If the product is frozen, de frost to make the product even more tasty.
