Malacitana Food Service S.L. was born in Malaga (Spain) as a family business in 2003. In the beginning, Malacitana Food Service was dedicated to the commercialization and distribution of food products, but due to commercial growth, led the company to consider the development of own products under the Following premises: the products must be totally handcrafted, where the quality in all its ingredients should prevail. That is why, the idea arises of creating a new range of products with Mediterranean inspiration called Malacitana Gourmet.

It has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has implemented and certified the ISO 9001 Quality Management and Food Safety Systems IFS to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies in 2019/2020.
